Deliberation Materials from Streetlaw provide information on a number of topics. Streetlaw is free to educators, but does require creating a login. Streetlaw provides an eight step process and background for both small-group student deliberations, and community deliberations that bring together students and adults from the community. The ESL lessons can be very helpful for priming students to talk, have empathy, and listen to each other. Watch a video about the Street Law Deliberation Process.
